Annandale Street Apartment

We had a great few nights at the apartment. It was a very attractive property with all the amenities that we required. A bonus was that it was more conveniently situated than we realised. Would highly recommend.

This place was amazing and very spacious for the three of us. And exceeded our expectations. The most luxurious accommodation of our entire holiday in the UK. Even though it was only two nights, I would definitely be staying there again.

This was just the most perfect apartment, it was beautifully furnished with everything you need, the attention to detail was brilliant and we were so impressed by the cleanliness of the facilities. The location suited us very well, it is within easy reach of the highlights of the City of Edinburgh and in the evening we could easily walk to one of the many restaurants available in Leith Street. A great apartment suitable for two couples or family. It was very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen was of fabulous quality. It’s a short walk (about 20 minutes) into the old town. There is a bus depot opposite the apartment but don’t let them put you off staying here as you can’t hear a thing. Another plus for me was the free parking.

Great accommodation, all nice and clean with all you need for your stay. Highly recommended.

Would definitely recommend this property. It is clean, tidy and well maintained. A fifteen to thirty minute walk to most attractions. The host always responds to queries.

Lovely apartment very clean and beautifully decorated. Quite easy to find location. Walking distance from everything you'd want to see and explore in Edinburgh. We were planning to fly up but in the end due to flights being cancelled/ changed we drove up, so the addition of the free secure parking with the apartment was great.

The place was fantastic and as described in airbnb. Excellent location. The flat was impeccable and had all the necessary things to make the stay enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable and had good quality duvets, pillows, linen and towels. Kitchen again impeccable and had all the necessary amenities. Quiet central location. Car park was also a bonus as the flat was very close to the city centre. We would highly recommend this flat to anyone. Good value for money.

This property is gorgeous. Beautifully appointed internally and in a wonderful location. The free weekend parking is a bonus. Easy reach of the botanical gardens, Stockbridge, the Scottish Modern galleries 1 & 2. There is a frequent bus ride into the city centre from the end of the road. Would certainly recommend it.

It's a really great house. Very clean and tidy, the decoration is also very beautiful, all kinds of facilities. Besides, it is very close to the city centre and the transportation is very convenient. This is literally the best B&B I've ever stayed in the UK! Definitely recommend

This was a fabulous flat that was so well equipped, with everything that was needed for our stay! Would certainly recommend it & use this again. Good location, and it’s very easy to walk or taxi to other places of interest too.

Lovely apartment with just a short walk into the centre.

A lovely, well equipped, spacious apartment, ideally situated within easy reach of the city and all its tourist attractions.

The apartment itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. It is centrally located to everything as well. However, it is located outside of a bus terminal. Because the weather was warm the 3 nights we stayed, we slept with the windows open to keep the unit as cool as possible. With the windows open, the noise level from the buses made sleeping difficult. Compared to a hotel or other private VRBOs/Airbnb’s we have stayed in, it was difficult to obtain immediate assistance from the host after we checked in. We had requested a second fan after the 1st night for the second bedroom to help reduce the noise level and heat at night. Over 24 hours later, the host did provide a second fan that we had to assemble ourselves. I would stay there again, but during cooler temperatures.

A beautiful, new and modern apartment. Great amenities, nice interior and good beds. We felt very well and the location is great! In 5 minutes everything is important reachable. We would book again next time. Thank you very much for the great service.

Super clean and comfortable, strongly recommend

The situation is very good in the town, we didn't need to use the buses, the appartment is comfortable, and quiet.

A lovely, clean, spacious, well equipped flat in a great central location. We really enjoyed our few days in Edinburgh and it was a pleasure to come back to the flat each evening to relax. We loved the central location - 5 minutes to catch buses in to town at the top of the road or a 15 minute walk to the centre. We bought a 48 hour Edinburgh Tour Bus ticket which took us right out to the Botanical Gardens and The Royal Yacht Britannia at Leith as well as all other areas of Edinburgh. A visit to the Parliament building and the a fab walk up to Arthur's Seat on our final morning. We will highly recommend this property to friends and family - also the parking was great - lots of space and very secure! 😀

My husband and I, plus another couple who are great travel buddies, stayed here for a week. It was clean, airy, and very comfortable, with modern appliances and comfortable beds. It was a short walk to the Royal Mile, about 15-20 minutes, and other central Edinburgh sights. You won’t want to keep windows open at night (too old anyway) because the city bus parking lot is across the street, though we were entertained watching the drivers fit 60 buses into the small lot. Highly recommend this apartment.
