• Competition is for a 2 night stay at 7a or 7b Jamaica Street South Lane, Edinburgh, EH3 6HG and is not transferable to any of our other properties.
• Winner will be an individual that likes, shares and tags on both instagram AND facebook. 
• Accommodation is available for no more than 4 people.
• Pets not allowed in the property, and the properties are strictly no smoking/ no parties.
• Winner is not able to transfer the prize to another individual so if you are not able to use within allowed timeframe, then we will re draw.
• Stay must be used before the 27th March and is subject to availability around existing bookings.
• Advance booking is required.
• Excludes weekends 7th- 9th Feb, 21st- 23rd Feb, 28th Feb-1st March, 6th March- 8th March 2020.
• Winner will be selected at random by Fanpage Karma.
• A £150 security deposit will be required (authorization only) and will be released following departure. 
• Prize is not exchangeable for cash, and once booking is confirmed it is non- changeable.
