We treat each property we manage as we would our own. We only take on properties that the we ourselves would like to stay in and currently have a beautiful selection of properties.

Giving the owner advice on how to present, prepare and equip their property for short term letting to maximise the number of bookings.
Arrangement of photographs taken by a professional photographer.
Setting your beautiful property up on the numerous promotional platforms, including our own website
Letting the world know about your property via our proactive marketing approach.
- Marketing the property via other promotional means such as social media and email.
- Marketing the property through various websites (including Booking.com/Airbnb/HomeAway/TripAdvisor/Visit Scotland) and on our own website Beautiful Holiday Homes.
- Being the first point of contact for guest enquiries.
- Securing bookings throughout the year.
- Negotiating rentals.
- Managing rental rates to ensure maximum revenue and occupancy.
- Letting owners know about bookings via our owner login area.
- Taking rental payments and damage deposit payments from guests.
- Managing owner client accounts and paying owners monthly.
- Sharing arrival and departure details with guests if required. Sometimes this is just passing on owners details/guest details so that you can arrange to meet guests/liaise directly regarding the arrival, other times I share key box code details with guests.
- Liaising with owners and guests in the result of a dispute.
- Maintaining an attractive and up to date listing.
- Ensuring rents are received by the owner.
- Liaising with clients cleaners on the owners behalf, if required.
We can also offer our clients a full holiday home bookings and property management service should they not wish to be involved in the process at all – we tailor our service to suit your needs.
