I (Sonia), joined the Beautiful Holiday Homes team from a luxury hotel management background and know first hand the importance of customer service and attention to detail. My aim is to enhance the guests experience in our holiday homes while keeping the whole process simple and stress free. I worked alongside Celia, who founded the company, for 2 years and have now taken over the reins and hope to continue building the property profiles and giving guests a reliable, first class service from start to finish.
I work closely with all of our owners and tailor the service I offer. I’m always on the look out for new Beautiful holiday homes across the UK and I’m keen to make your space a success let. If you’re having trouble filling your calendar, or want to take the stress out of the bookings, I’d love to hear from you.
Beautiful Holiday Homes works closely with a fantastic concierge team on the ground in Edinburgh. Eddie, David, Shona and Natalie are my eyes and ears on the ground in the capital and are constantly ensuring that every property is perfectly prepared for our guests. Whilst out of Edinburgh many of our owners like to welcome guests themselves.
At Beautiful Holiday Homes we only take on properties that the we ourselves would like to stay in and currently have a beautiful selection that is constantly growing, so if the first property you enquire about isn’t available then I will always try and help by suggesting another lovely property that is.
