With three large bedrooms, immaculate interiors and beautiful style, this Broughton street apartment will provide everything you need for your stay in Edinburgh. The rooms are spacious, tastefully designed and have a beautifully calm feel, while still being located in a thriving, popular location.
Sleeping 6 comfortably, there are two double bedrooms, one with a brand new en suite shower room and there is also an additional twin bedroom with two comfortable single beds. The property feels new, modern and inviting while still holding a traditional feel after its recent renovation. The main bathroom is a great size with a large powerful shower.
The kitchen, living room and dining area are all open plan with a beautiful wood floor throughout. The soft furnishings in this apartment are brand new and the beds are extremely comfy! You can look forward to fresh linen and towels being provided for your stay and the property is professionally cleaned after each and every one of our guests.
Broughton street is located in Edinburgh's new town and is a 10/15 minute walk into the Stockbridge neighbourhood, Old town or shopping central, Princes and George street.
Coffee shops, restaurants and independent stores are in abundance on Broughton street and parking is available by pay and display on Broughton place and on surrounding streets.
While staying in our properties, we give our guests complete privacy and access to the keys is via a lockbox. Our on call team are however available whenever needed during or in the run up to your stay and are happy to help. We ask that guests are courteous of our neighbours while staying in this property and a reminder that it is strictly no smoking.

Neighbourhood:
Broughton Street is in a residential area and is very popular with Edinburgh locals. It is moments from the heart of the city but has its own selection of great restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
Getting Around:
The Airport tram stops at the top of the street, where Broughton Street meets York Place making transport to the airport very easy!
There are also buses that run up Broughton Street or from York Place you can get buses across the city.
The Edinburgh Bus Station is about a 5 min walk away on Elder Street/ St Andrews Square.
Waverley Train Station, which has regular trains across Scotland and also South of the border (around 4 hours to London) is about a 10-15min walk away.
If you are thinking of bringing a car to Edinburgh, we would suggest you don't. This is a city to explore on foot. However if you do drive, you can park for free on some of the streets surrounding Broughton Street from 5.30/6.30pm Friday- Monday 8/8.30am. You can also park in the evening for free. At other times there are restrictions in place, or pay and display is applicable. You need to check the signs on street as traffic wardens are everywhere in Edinburgh.
Park and Ride is a good option for the city.
