Our stay at Sonia's accommodation has been perfect. The apartment is very nice, cozy, spacious and very well located, just over 5 minutes walk from Princess Street, which makes it very comfortable to arrive from the airport and access to the main points of the city. We traveled with 2 small children and the house had everything we needed. To highlight the kitchen equipment. Communication with Sonia has been fluid and fast, in different ways. 100% recommended

Clean, cosy and central flat with accessible facilities throughout. We were so impressed with the decor, the furnishings are warm and inviting. Great communication between us and the host, and I would recommend for a small group or family. So glad we booked this - thank you!

Had a wonderful stay in this spacious flat which was beautifully decorated and clean , the two bathrooms were a blessing, the location was perfect, we used the Uber drivers to ferry us around and these were really reasonable , thank you Sonia, it was perfect

Lovely and comfortable flat centrally located in the New Town. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean and really good communication with the host. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

This basement flat has been recently modernised to a high standard, tastefully decorated & furnished with a good sized lounge to relax in. The double bedroom, bathroom, shower room, kitchen and dining room have no outside windows - all internal rooms. The kitchen is well equipped . The property has its own entrance & is very secure. Only slight downside was the outside which needed weeding & whilst there was an outside table & chairs they were broken so we couldn’t sit outside to enjoy the sunshine! A convenient & comfortable location which was ideal for what we wanted.

Beautiful home in a fabulous location. Very easy to find and let ourselves in using the lockbox. The house was warm, clean, beautifully decorated and very well appointed with everything we could need.

Apartment is well situated in a quiet but central area very handy for Princes Street (shops), Rose Street and George Street (Pubs and restaurants) the Castle Area (pubs, restaurants and tat) and Stockbridge (more restaurants and bars). Living area is very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Not far from Waverley station and handy for bus and tram routes. Very good

We had a great three day stay with our group of 5! The space is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and two full bathrooms. Much of the apartment is fully interior (no windows) so it is a bit dark but this made for a comfortable, cozy space and a great sleep. Very central with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Recommend 100%!

Exactly as described - well appointed comfortable flat. Really handy location - quiet but walking distance to most attractions. Very handy Sainsbury’s local around the corner. Nice living area - good sized bedrooms.

Celia was an exceptional host and responded quickly to any conversation via email/ messages. We felt the accommodation was superbly situated. Very convenient for all areas of Edinburgh. The only point that was something we hadn’t appreciated was that 2 of the bedrooms are windowless and consequently quite dark and airless. Otherwise a brilliant stay in a tidy well maintained home . Located in a quiet area, private and cheerful but within steps outside the door, we were able to enjoy many areas of the city within walking distance. The Edinburgh castle, royal mile, botanical gardens and many lovely restaurants. The apt itself was clean and had everything we needed to have a lovely stay. Any questions were quickly answered via email. Property easily accessed and accurately described. Comfortable space for 5 people.

Very comfortable and spacious. Loved the grocery store close by. The house felt very safe and well cared for. Everything worked beautifully. We did not have any construction next door while we were there.

Our group of 5 women felt at home during our stay. VERY quiet, even with a bit of construction nearby. Many thoughtful amenities to make our stay complete and easeful. Would happily return to this rental!

We had a really lovely stay in 7A Jamica Street. The apartment was cosy and was made to feel homely with all the extra touches. The apartment had everything you needed in and the information about everything was clear. We struggled to find lockers in the bus station to store our bags in on the day we got there but we rung Eddie and he was able to communicate with the cleaner so that we were able to drop of our bags early which was a lifesaver! The cleaner (sorry didn't catch her name) was lovely and the apartment was clean and left at a very high standard.

Absolutely brilliant apartment. We were a party of 4 ladies in Edinburgh for a Christmas market break. The apartment is in a great location with very easy access to the city centre. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice and cosy. If we had to say a negative it would be the entrance to the courtyard was very uneven and muddy and quite dark for our arrival at night and in the rain. Overall a very enjoyable experience and would return.

A nice spacious ground floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We have had a good time here. The beds were good and the living room was spacious with a good TV and internet connection. The house was clean and easily accessible. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket and various restaurants and pubs. On the way to the center (10 minutes walk) you will find even more facilities. We have mainly camped in the center and have only moved on foot, from the Botanical Gardens to Arthur's Seat. Fortunately we had dry weather. We have also experienced this differently. In short; recommended.

This apartment is just as depicted in the photos and description and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! It is so centrally located to the heart of Edinburgh's City Center and in a very lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently steps away from a grocery store (and one of the best coffee shops/breakfast spots in Edinburgh (Leo's Bakery - and do try their banana bread!). If you visit Edinburgh, I highly recommend this flat.

The apartment was really nice and cosy, and well equipped. The ventilation in the inner bedrooms could have been better, the air got thick and heavy during the night. Would have liked some shelves or similar in the single bedroom to leave clothes. The pegs behind the door were fine for jackets and shirts, but maybe the bedside table could have been replaced with a small chest of 2-3 drawers for lingerie, trousers etc. Location was fantastic, quiet surroundings, yet everything we needed was litterally just around the corner. The castle, Princess Street etc were just a short walk from the apartment. All in all, very happy, and will certainly have this place in mind if coming back to Edinburgh.

We agree with other guests comments on the beautiful facilities of the apartment,the location, the many restaurants nearby etc. We have stayed in many apartments in various large cities and this is one where we felt welcomed and "at home." When we needed extra assistance Celia and the team at BHH were there to support our needs. This apartment definitely has the wow factor. Everything is to a very high standard including cleanliness. Very spacious, and central for sightseeing in Edinburgh. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

We spent a family New Year at this excellent apartment. The apartment is spacious, modern and wonderfully decorated. It accommodated the six of us comfortably. It is located in one of central Edinburgh's best locations, only 5 to 10 minutes walk from Princes Street. The host Celia made us welcome and was keen to make sure our stay was a success.
