We had a wonderful holiday. The most beautiful location you can imagine and the best place we've ever had. If you are looking for peace and nature, this is the place. Everything very personal and clean even though the place is booked almost all the time. The nice landlady, Joyce, came by and asked if we needed anything and even offered an intermediate cleaning. The welcome package was also very nice. Small things in the fridge, biscuits, eggs. All in all, a really successful vacation and you have the wish that you want to come back soon.

Great peaceful location, everything we needed was in the house and the welcome pack was a great bonus, great base for hill walking nearby and to put the fire on after a day on the hills.

A beautiful home in a stunning location. The cottage had a high quality interior and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We were made so welcome and you can tell that this is a much loved home. The views were amazing and we would be delighted to return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short break and would recommend Fleuchary for a quiet peaceful time away.
The cottage was lovely and the wood burner made it so cosy.
Armadale bay was beautiful too, we’ll definitely be back.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place then Sonia's place is for you. Amazing location, surroundings and in the cottage you got everything you need for your stay. Communication with Joyce and Ian was easy and they both lovely people, always happy to help you. Would definitely come back!

Amazing cottage with stunning views. So welcoming and warm. The best cottage I’ve stayed in in the UK. Beautifully decorated with sheepskins and photos from the area taken by the owner herself. Also very welcome were the fresh eggs and local cheese. Looking forward to staying there again!

This property is absolutely stunning –the views of the bay and valley are breathtaking and the house is absolutely beautiful – and welcoming, I would rate it a luxury based stay! Everything is perfect - from the accommodations, the decor, and having fresh butter, fresh farm milk, eggs, snacks upon arrival and a cozy wood stove -all the necessities we need to wake up every morning and enjoy the beauty of Scotland. Looking forward to exploring the area this week!
This is our third time back in Scotland over the past 10 years – so far our only place of travel outside the US for vacation and this is the best place of all!
Wish I could stay here forever. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip!

We spent wonderful days in Fleuchary and agree with one of the previous visitors that it is definitely one of the most beautiful houses I have ever been to. It is a magical place up the cliffs. The house is very comfortable, equipped with everything. We enjoyed the welcome package as well. Everything was very clean and well organised. It is really ideally situated to visit all attractions of NC500 from one location, if you do not mind to drive 50-60 miles for some of them. I can absolutely recommend the property and we will indeed come back again, if we can.

An incredible property, do not hesitate to book. The place is spotless and such a beautiful location. We were in amazement every time we came back home at the end of the day. Joyce was extremely helpful and nothing was too much. We had a slight issue with a local power cut which couldn't be helped but Joyce came straight to the house to provide us with torches. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Easy check-in to the cottage, with 5 star plush furnishings and fittings, whilst being true to the location. Brilliant for a family stay with a well equipped kitchen and lots of extras left for our use - so welcoming. The location is fantastic - breathtaking, beautiful, and dramatic scenery with cows and sheep all around you. Fabulous base to travel around the northern coast. Such a gorgeous and cosy cottage - can’t wait to come back.

This is an excellent cottage overlooking a lovely bay. Suitable for those wishing a quiet peaceful stay in the countryside. There are many scenic drives in the surrounding area to be enjoyed. The cottage is clean and cosy, equipped with everything and more. The welcome hospitality of milk, eggs, home baking, wine and whisky from the owner is a lovely welcoming touch. To be highly recommended.

Fleuchary cottage provided everything we hoped for in a beautiful location. Just a few minutes from the best beaches on the north coast of Scotland. We enjoyed it so much we have booked fir a week later in the year.

We had the most amazing time at the Croft house. So peaceful and private. Gorgeous views overlooking the bay. Some goodies were ready for us when we arrived. Lovely little house, beautifully decorated with everything you would need. A great hub for exploring the Highlands.

What a fabulous 'wee gem' of a croft. It had everything and more. Particularly loved the wood burner!! We had a great time up in Armadale and had a wonderful Highland welcome from the hosts and the locals. Lots of beautiful scenery around the area. A great place for a holiday. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!!

A beautiful cottage in an exquisite setting. Very cosy and great walks for the dog. Stags at night, sheep during day with the background of a sandy beach and a roaring sea.

This is a perfect location, right on the sea with the most wonderful walks. The house has all you want, newly done on the inside with nice Scottish details, home baked short bread and fresh eggs. We are a family with the teenage girls. The also had a great time. Thanks!!

The November wind was howling like a banshee when we arrived at Croft House, but it was snug and warm inside. We found everything we needed to cook a lovely dinner, and everything was clean and in place. The vibe of the cottage was wonderful, too, and the only bad thing was that we didn't stay longer. Lovely.

The house is one of the best places we have ever slept in. Great hospitality, great decor, great location! We wanted to stay and not leave. The house is recommended for anyone looking for peace, a car hat, likes surfing and loves the more than the Highlands
