We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Very very clean. Plenty of supplies like paper towel, toilet paper, and kitchen utensils. It's a very short walk to many restaurants and a grocery store. Literally a bus pick up outside the front door. NO complaints. Thanks!!

Gayfield Place was absolutely lovely! It was about a 20-25 minute walk from downtown, but also near a lot of bars and restaurants. The tram stop that takes you to and from the airport was right outside the apartment. What a beautiful place! Everything was very clean and felt very homey. We stayed there with 3 couples, and it was the perfect spot for that. Thanks so much! We would absolutely stay there again.

If you want to stay in Edinburgh for a few days the Gayfield Place appartment is the place to be/rent. Enough space for 6 persons and within 10 minutes walk to the old city center.

Gayfield Place is located within walking distance of many major sites including he Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. The apartment is large and airy and the kitchen fairly well appointed. I highly recommend!

Gorgeous place. Extremely spacious and great location. Great walk to the city centre or easy bus ride. Great restaurants in the area - recommend the Bear for breakfast and Krem Karmel for coffee at the corner! Tesco for all shopping needs only 4 mins walk away on a beautiful green space trail - unexpected! Also a gorgeous huge park across the street and a view of Edinburgh castle from the front window and garden. Wonderful stay all around - extremely relaxing in a beautiful city. Highly recommend.

My husband and another couple enjoyed staying here. It is extremely well located - close enough to walk most everywhere but not in the middle of all the chaos that is Edinburgh in August. The Fringe was fun, the Tattoo AMAZING, and the crowds large. There is road construction going on right in front of the unit so it was noisy in the afternoon but quiet at night. The apartment is amazing! Perfect for our 5 day stay.

This is a huge flat in decent walking distance for all things Edinburgh. We went for the Fringe Festival (6 people in total) and we found the flat perfect for what we needed. We were under no illusions this was not a cheap week away but in the grand scheme of things (and knowing the Fringe and accommodation prices during August well) this flat was a good priced choice for what we got. The closest ‘landmark’ is the Playhouse and thereafter you are in Edinburgh centre finding your way to various shows & landmarks. A short(ish) walk to Leith in the other direction is also recommended. Close to lots of eateries but sadly the roads are still carved up by the tram works which rumble on. Lovely flat though and recommended.

Truly magnificent apartment in a wonderful location. Spacious and well equipped, the kitchen dining area is great for entertaining. We'll definitely stay here again

The apartment was better than we hope for! It is truly amazing could not fault it at all. Three couples would be able to share the space with no problem. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It was quiet even though it is situated on a busy road. Great location approx 15 minutes walk from the railway station. We will definitely be returning!!

We loved this flat, beautiful, spacious and a great location. Very easy to find and clear instructions on how to access the key. The flat has good central heating so lovely and warm. Great kitchen, large table but also big island to sit at too. A wide variety of eateries within a very short distance, definitely something for everyone. Excellent transport links also a bonus.

Beautiful flat, very clean, well presented and well equipped. Good communication with the host. The flat is in a great location which will be even better with the tramway on the doorstep. There are also some really good restaurants right nearby too. All in all a perfect spot for visiting Edinburgh.

This was our family of 6 first time in the area, and we wanted something that fit our family just right, but close to everything that we could still enjoy without having to drive everywhere. Well, this place fits us just right. Plus, we had an amazing kitchen, with a big fridge with an ice maker and even a wine fridge! It was close to a parking garage that we could pay for our van for our time in the city, which had a 24/7 watch. Just make sure to bring a good pair of walking shoes, since that is mostly what we did but would do it again in a heartbeat.

Stunning apartment in great location close to all popular sights. Extremely clean & host Sonia very helpful. Lovely park nearby & great restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. I traveled with my wife and family to Edinburgh for a few days, and this place comfortably fit all six of us. The kitchen was great for sitting down to eat, socializing and playing cards. The living room and bedrooms were also pretty spacious. One bathroom had issues getting hot water, but the other bathroom had an endless amount of hot water with no wait at all. Keep in mind there is no parking for the house, which can be a problem if you are traveling with less-mobile individuals. If a resident parking pass could be added for the house, it would be a major plus. That being said, this is an excellent house and I would recommend it to anyone, and hope to come back next time I travel to Edinburgh.
