You will love the open living-dining area, modern kitchen and the big swimming pool (fenced for children). You will also enjoy the big summer room and the nice enclosed garden and terraces.

Guests have access to the whole property, we want people to make it there home for the duration of their stay. There is free on street parking outside the property.
We arrange for guests to be welcomed on arrival and then leave them to enjoy their stay!
It is only a 15min- 20min walk to the beach and you are so close to Cannes Croisette (4 km). Nice is only a 25min drive away or you can get a bus from the airport to very close to the property. This is a beautiful and luxurious area of France- lovely restaurants, markets and coastline.

We all had a fantastic holiday in your beautiful villa! It's so large, absolutely perfect for a big family. The communication leading up to the holiday was A* and check in/check out was faultless. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, we couldn't have asked for more. The Villa is located in a beautifully, relatively secluded area. We felt very safe and loved the peace and quiet. We all loved the beautiful swimming pool, it's much larger than it looks in the pictures. We recommend this beautiful, tranquil villa and hope to return.
